What do I need to hire equipment?

 To hire equipment, you’ll need valid photo ID (such as a driving licence or passport) and proof of address. Some items may also require a deposit or payment in advance. 

How long can I hire tools for?

 We offer flexible hire periods including daily, weekend, and weekly hire. Longer-term hire is also available on request. 

Do you offer delivery and collection?

 Yes, we provide local delivery and collection services. Charges vary depending on distance and equipment size. Please contact us for a quote. 

What happens if I return equipment late?

 Late returns may be charged at an additional daily rate. If you think you’ll need the equipment longer, just let us know and we’ll extend your hire where possible. 

Is the equipment maintained and safe to use?

 All our tools and machinery are regularly serviced, safety-checked, and maintained. We only hire out reliable, high-quality equipment. 

Do you provide instructions on how to use the tools?

 Yes. We can provide demonstrations and usage instructions when you collect your hire, and many tools also come with user guides. 

What if the equipment breaks down?

 

If equipment fails during normal use, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.

Can I reserve equipment in advance?

 

 Yes, we recommend booking in advance, especially for popular items or busy periods. You can reserve by phone or in person. 

Do you hire to both trade and the public?

 

 Yes, we supply equipment to both trade customers and members of the public. 

What payment methods do you accept?

 

 We accept cash, debit cards, and most major credit cards. Account facilities may be available for approved trade customers. 

Are fuel and consumables included?

 

 Fuel, blades, discs, and other consumables are usually not included unless stated. These can often be purchased separately.
